Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel amazing in our pieces, so if for some reason you want to return your purchase, we've made it is easy using our free collection service for orders shipped in the US. 


Please send an email to returns@hatchcollection.com with "Return Request" and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you'd like to return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making a return (we love hearing all your feedback). Our customer service team will reply and send you a pre-paid FedEx return label within 2 days. Thank you in advance for your patience. 

Once you receive your return label, just drop your shipment off at your local FedEx or USPS store or at any FedEx or USPS facility. To find your nearest store visit www.fedex.com. Then attach the FedEx Smartpost label on the outside of the box and seal your package for the driver to collect. All return packages must be received by the HATCH Returns team within 15 days of receiving your label. Please allow up to 7 days of travel time. Returns cannot be processed outside of this window.


  • HATCH accepts returns on product shipped within the United States only.
  • We DO NOT accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • When returning your purchase within the United States, return shipping is complementary.
  • Returns on full-price merchandise must be requested within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns.
  • The HATCH-to-HOSPITAL box and The Goods are NOT refundable but may be returned for store credit. Underwear is FINAL SALE.
  • Unworn swimwear may only be returned with original hangtags attached and with original liner intact.
  • Only items purchased through hatchcollection.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • Approved returns delivered outside of the return window are subject to return to sender or merchandise credit and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Items purchased using a discount or promotional code may not be eligible for returns - please check the promotional rules for eligibility.


We do not currently offer free exchanges. To process an exchange, please request a return for your original order and place a new order online for the exchange desired. For more information, contact us at returns@hatchcollection.com.
