International Shipping

HATCH offers international shipping for clothing and accessories to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the European Union. Please note, we are unfortunately unable to ship to other international countries at this time.

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. We do ask for up to 2 business days to process orders shipping with our FedEx International Priority Shipping option.

 

International Shipping Methods

FedEx International
Delivers within 2 - 4 business days once shipped. $50, duties and taxes charged by FedEx upon delivery.

Once HATCH has handed off the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. HATCH will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).

All orders placed on our website will ship from our warehouse, which is located in New Jersey.

Address & Ship Method Updates

If you need to change the shipping address associated with your order, please reach out to us at info@hatchcollection.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to update the ship method or shipping address.

Pre Order

All items noted as “Pre Order” will ship on the expected ship date noted on the product page. We will send through a separate shipping confirmation once this has shipped. You will not be charged for separate shipments.

Duties & Taxes

If you selected FedEx International Shipping at checkout, the duties and taxes associated with the order will NOT be included in the final purchase price. These additional charges will need to be paid by the consignee/buyer prior to complete delivery. Please reach out to your local customs office if you have any questions about duties and taxes.

International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”.

Once HATCH has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. HATCH will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).

If the payment for duties and taxes is refused upon delivery, the order will be returned to sender. We are unable to offer refunds on international orders. Once we receive and process the return, we will issue merchandise credit for the cost of the items, less the cost of shipping. Please email our customer service team at info@hatchcollection.com if your order is returned to sender.

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
