How do I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help.

At this time, we're unable to price adjust orders.

Please note, we are unable to apply more than one discount code per order. The original discount code that is used will be honored, and we are unable to apply additional discounts once an order has been placed. Please feel free to use your other discount code on a future order!

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each applicable product, or discount code, will be tagged as FINAL SALE prior to adding to your cart. Your order confirmation will also indicate that the merchandise you ordered is FINAL SALE.

Underwear is FINAL SALE.

Gift With Purchase: All free gifts with purchase are subject to change due to availability. HATCH is unable to reship free gifts with purchase.

How Can I Find My Size?

Sizing can vary between items, so we’ve provided some cheat sheets to make it easier. Below you will find the HATCH standard size chart.

As a note, measurements are taken in inches and while the garment is lying flat, so some measurements (i.e. waist, chest, etc) will need to be doubled to determine their circumference. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you may already own.

Specific fit details can be found in the details section of each product. The measurements listed under each product are taken from a size 1 or O/S.

What Sizes Do You Offer?

HATCH sizing is customized to our brand, to allow a great fit for before, during, and after. Every style is built with room to grow. Most products come in sizes 0, 1, 2, and 3. There are some exceptions. Styles that are mostly flowy, oversized, and forgiving are offered in Petite (P) and One Size (O/S).

How Do I Care for my HATCH Products?

We always recommend washing all HATCH products with care. Please refer to the care tag in your garment or specific product page on our website for exact washing instructions.

How often can I use the Belly Mask?

For best results, we suggest masking about one to two times a week - but you can absolutely mask as often as you'd like! 

How much Oil should I apply? 

We suggest applying the Belly Oil liberally. If your skin is absorbing the oil - it is working! We suggest using as much or little as you would like. 

In what stage of my pregnancy should I start using HATCH MAMA Beauty Products?

Our beauty products are wonderful to use through all stages of pregnancy. 

Are HATCH MAMA Products Non-Toxic and Cruelty Free?

Our complete line is Non-Toxic, Plant Derived and Cruelty Free. You can read about each product in its entirety on the product page - all indigents are included.

Payment Methods

HATCH Collection accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and hatchcollection.com issued gift cards, store credit and coupons.

All purchases of gift cards are final sale.

Afterpay Purchases

Afterpay is a service that lets customers receive their order right away and pay in 4 interest-free installments, due every 2 weeks. Please note Afterpay is available for orders of $35 - $1000 including tax, shipping, and discounts.  

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. You can make repayments any time before the due date. Otherwise, payments will be automatically attempted on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $8 late fee applied the day after the due date, and a further $8 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date (late fees are capped at 25% of the original order value). 

Our standard return policy still applies to orders paid for with Afterpay. Returns for a refund are accepted if they are made within the return window and conditions. We are only able to refund Afterpay payments to the original form of payment.  HATCH is unable to issue merchandise credit for Afterpay purchases.

Gift cards and any single item under $35 value are not eligible for purchase via Afterpay. 

You must be over 18 years old and be the authorized holder of a Mastercard or Visa credit / debit card issued from the US to purchase via Afterpay. Please note Afterpay does not accept payment via wire transfers of ACH payments, American Express or Discover debit/credit cards.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. Standard Shipping (3 - 8 business days) - $5 (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico + U.S. Territories)  

Ground Shipping (3 - 5 business days) - $8

Ground Shipping Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico + U.S. Territories - $30

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) - $25 

Rush Shipping (1-2 Business Days) - $40

Please note: Orders shipped with our standard shipping option are shipped by DHL and delivered by USPS. Orders shipped with our ground, expedited and rush shipping options are shipped and delivered by FedEx. 

Orders placed with expedited or rush shipping prior to 12 pm EST, Monday - Friday, should ship out on the same day. Orders placed with expedited or rush shipping after 12 pm EST should ship out on the following business day. 

All orders placed with Ground or US Standard Shipping will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders placed with Standard Shipping typically deliver within 3-8 business days once shipped. 

Pre-Order Items

All orders that include "Pre-Order" items will ship partially via our standard shipping option as the pre-ordered product becomes available or within 1 week of the date listed on the Pre-Order item Product Page. 

You will not be charged for separate domestic shipments.

International Shipping & Returns

HATCH offers international shipping for clothing and accessories to over 200 countries around the world. At this time, HATCH MAMA Beauty can only be shipped internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, UK and the European Union. 

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. 

Shipping rates are determined by where your order is shipping. At checkout, our system will present you with the shipping rates and options based on where your order is shipping. You can choose: 

FedEx International Shipping (ships with duties and taxes unpaid)  

DHL eCommerce (ships with duties and taxes paid) 

DHL Express (ships with duties and taxes paid)

Please note, if your order includes both apparel and beauty, your order must ship via FedEx International.

If you select FedEx International Shipping at checkout, the duties and taxes associated with the order will not be included in the final purchase price. These additional charges will need to be paid by the consignee/buyer prior to complete delivery.  Please reach out to your local customs office if you have any questions about duties and taxes. 

If you select DHL shipping rates, the duties and taxes are included in your order total. 

International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. 

Once HATCH has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. HATCH will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).

International orders that contain preorder items will be held until all items are available to ship.

Please note that we do not ship to Russia, Brazil, Greece and India.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the HATCH Collection LLC. to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that HATCH Collection LLC. may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

Please note: We are experiencing slight delays in the processing of returns due to longer than normal return transit and return processing times due to COVID-19. We are working to process all returns as quickly as possible, but your patience is greatly appreciated. 

To exchange or return items in your order, please go to returns.hatchcollection.com and enter the email address that was used to place your order.  This same email address will then receive an email from us, containing a link to proceed with your return.  We make it easy to choose another size or color of the same item, or you can choose to simply return it for a refund.  You'll then receive a return shipping label from us via email!  

If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for other pieces altogether, please proceed with a normal return.  Upon processing your return request, you will be provided with an Instant Refund code. You can then use this code as a gift card on our site for any other item(s) and your new order will be shipped immediately!

Please use the return shipping label to ship your item(s) back to us within 7 calendar days.  Once your items are received and processed by our warehouse, you'll get your refund typically within 3-7 business days. 

If you use all of the Instant Refund Voucher you are offered, your original form of payment will not be reimbursed once your return is processed. If you use a portion of the Instant Refund Voucher, your original form of payment will be reimbursed for the balance of the credit that was not used.  If you do not use this Instant Refund before your return is processed, it will expire.  

If you placed an order using an instant refund voucher, and then choose to return that order, you will be refunded to the original form of payment from your original order. This applies if your return is received and processed by our warehouse within 120 days of the original order date. If we receive and process your return outside of this timeframe, you will be refunded to a gift card.

Return Rules

HATCH offers returns on  products shipped within the United States only within 30 calendar days from when your order is placed. 

Please note, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

All returns will have a $10 fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.  Return shipping is complimentary only if you are exchanging your item for a different size or color.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. HATCH is unable to offer a refund for items that are returned to us in an unsellable condition. All HATCH MAMA Beauty items must be returned unopened in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation are not eligible for return or exchange. Underwear is FINAL SALE.

Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the swimsuit is tried on over underwear and returned in its clean original condition with all tags attached.

Only items purchased through hatchcollection.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.

Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at your local USPS location within 1 week of receiving your return label. Exchanges and returns dropped off after this 1 week window are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit. 

Please note, we are only able to process returns that have been included in your return request directly through returns.hatchcollection.com. If you have multiple requests recorded, we require each authorized return to be sent with its specific shipping label to allow for our system to process the return.  We are unable to process returns that are sent without the intended shipping label, or any returns that are not authorized and recorded by our team.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

HATCH Stores offer returns on eligible items 10 days from when your order is placed. To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the items and in the original form of payment, all merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged in any form and in salable condition with all original tickets and tags attached.

FINAL SALE merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Select gift sets and goods are not refundable, but may be returned for store credit. All underwear is final sale.

We are unable to accept returns on beauty products once they have been opened.

Please note, our stores are unable to accept returns for orders placed on our site, or through our marketplace partners.

J.Crew & Madewell Marketplace Returns

We happily honor the J.Crew & Madewell return policy. However we accept online return requests only. To begin your return, please email us at returns@hatchcollection.com  Neither J.Crew, Madewell, nor our HATCH stores are able to accept returns for purchases made through J.Crew/Madewell Marketplace.

Please note that all J.Crew Marketplace returns will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping.  

SomethingNavy Marketplace Returns

We happily honor the SomethingNavy return policy. Neither SomethingNavy nor our HATCH stores are able to accept returns for purchases made through SomethingNavy Marketplace.

Store Guidelines During COVID-19

Our team is practicing all COVID-19 CDC-recommended safety measures and we ask you to do the same. 

- Please stay 6 feet apart from others at all times.

- Contactless curbside pickup and contactless pay at all times.

- We accept all major credit cards but will not be accepting cash for hygiene purposes.

- The store teams will be wearing masks and gloves at all times, and we ask that you do the same.  If you do not have a mask or gloves available to you, we're happy to provide them!

- Our team is frequently disinfecting our high touch areas and will do so on a regular basis.

- At this time, we're currently unable to accept online returns in our two stores.
