U.S. Shipping

US Orders Totaling $75 or More - FREE Standard Shipping (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii + Puerto Rico)

Standard Shipping for US Orders Totaling Less Than $75 (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii + Puerto Rico) - $8

Priority Shipping - $15 (3-4 business days)

2 Day Shipping - $25 (2 business days)

Overnight Shipping - $40 (1 business day)

Ground Shipping Alaska, Hawaii + Puerto Rico - $30

All orders placed Monday to Friday by 12 pm EST will be shipped within 5 business days.

All orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST will be shipped the following week.

We ship all orders that choose our free shipping option via Parcel Select, which delivers between 3 and 9 business days.

Please note that Saturday delivery is not offered at this time for Priority, 2 Day or Overnight Shipping and delivery occurs between Monday through Friday. Orders placed with Priority, 2 Day or Overnight Shipping on Friday after 12 pm EST will ship out the following Monday excluding holidays.  

All orders valued over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.

We are able to ship to PO Boxes via Parcel Select and Priority Shipping only.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received an email from us within 1 business day.

If you need to change your order, please reach out to us within the hour of your order being placed.  Beyond this time, we cannot guarantee a change can be completed, as our fulfillment team processes all orders quickly.  

Pre-Order Items

All orders that include "Pre-Order" items will ship partially via Parcel Select as the pre-ordered product becomes available or within 1 week of the date listed on the Pre-Order item Product Page.

You will not be charged for separate domestic shipments.

U.S. Exchanges & Returns

We want you to feel amazing in our pieces, so if for some reason you want to exchange or return your purchase, we've made it easy using our returns service for orders shipped in the US.  

Making An Exchange or Return

Please go to returns.hatchcollection.com and enter the email address that you used to place your order.  This same email address will then receive an email from us, containing a link to proceed with your return.  You can then choose the items you wish to return or exchange, and you'll then receive a return shipping label from us and a refund estimate!  

Please use this shipping label to get your item(s), along with the original order slip, back to us within 7 calendar days.  We'll let you know when your return is received by us at HATCH HQ and processed!

All exchange and return packages must be dropped off at your local USPS facility within 1 week of receiving your label.  Exchanges and returns sent back after 1 week from receiving the pre-paid return label are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit.

If you need to return a gift that you received, please email us directly at returns@hatchcollection.com. 

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered to our facility to receive a refund confirmation.

Return Rules

HATCH offers returns on all product shipped within the United States only within 30 calendar days from when your order is placed. We do not accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally.

All returns will have a $10 fee which will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.  Return shipping is complimentary only if you are exchanging your item for a different size or color.

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.  All HATCH MAMA Beauty items must be returned unopened in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.  

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Items purchased using a discount or promotional code may not be eligible for exchanges or returns - please check the promotional rules for eligibility.

Underwear is FINAL SALE.

Returns for swimwear will only be accepted if the swimsuit is tried on over underwear and returned in its clean original condition with all tags attached. 

Only items purchased through hatchcollection.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our wholesale partners must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.

Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at your local USPS location within 1 week of receiving your return label.  Exchanges and returns dropped off after this 1 week window are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit.

International Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:

HATCH offers international shipping for clothing and accessories to over 200 countries around the world. At this time, HATCH MAMA Beauty cannot be shipped internationally. 

Shipping rates are determined by the amount of items in the order and where it is shipping.  The duties and taxes associated with the order are included at checkout.

We ship all international orders via DHL Express. 

Please note that we do not ship to Russia, Greece, Brazil, China, and India.

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. 

For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.

HATCH is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note HATCH is unable to provide the exact amount of taxes or duties that may be due upon delivery. 

International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”.

Once HATCH has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

HATCH will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).

International orders that contain preorder items will be held until all items are available to ship.  If you are interested in having your order shipped partially, please reach out to us at info@hatchcollection.com

Payment Methods

HATCH Collection accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and hatchcollection.com issued gift cards, store credit and coupons.

Afterpay Purchases

Afterpay is a service that lets customers receive their order right away and pay in 4 interest-free installments, due every 2 weeks. Please note Afterpay is available for orders of $35 - $1000 including tax, shipping, and discounts.  

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. You can make repayments any time before the due date. Otherwise, payments will be automatically attempted on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $8 late fee applied the day after the due date, and a further $8 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date (late fees are capped at 25% of the original order value). 

Our standard return policy still applies to orders paid for with Afterpay. Returns for a refund are accepted if they are made within the return window and conditions. 

Gift cards and any single item under $35 value are not eligible for purchase via Afterpay. 

You must be over 18 years old and be the authorized holder of a Mastercard or Visa credit / debit card issued from the US to purchase via Afterpay. Please note Afterpay does not accept payment via wire transfers of ACH payments, American Express or Discover debit/credit cards.

How Can I Find My Size?

Sizing can vary between items, so we’ve provided some cheat sheets to make it easier. Below you will find the HATCH standard size chart.

As a note, measurements are taken in inches and while the garment is lying flat, so some measurements (i.e. waist, chest, etc) will need to be doubled to determine their circumference. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you may already own.

Specific fit details can be found in the details section of each product. The measurements listed under each product are taken from a size 1 or O/S.

What Sizes Do You Offer?

HATCH sizing is customized to our brand, to allow a great fit for before, during, and after. Every style is built with room to grow. Most products come in sizes 0, 1, 2, and 3. There are some exceptions. Styles that are mostly flowy, oversized, and forgiving are offered in Petite (P) and One Size (O/S).

We always recommend washing all HATCH products with care. Please refer to the care tag in your garment or specific product page on our website for exact washing instructions.

HATCH MAMA Beauty items should be stored out of direct light and in a cool or room temperature setting.
