FAQ - Marketplace Returns

J Crew & Madewell Returns

We happily honor the J.Crew & Madewell return policy. However we accept online return requests only. To begin your return, please email us at returns@hatchcollection.com. 

Neither J.Crew, Madewell, nor our HATCH physical store locations are able to accept returns for purchases made through J.Crew/Madewell Marketplace.

Please note that all J.Crew Marketplace returns will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Maisonette Returns

We happily honor the Maisonette return policy. We accept online return requests only and HATCH stores are not able to accept returns for purchases made through Maisonette.

Email info@maisonette.com to obtain a return shipping label.

Please note that all Maisonette Marketplace returns will have to be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Bloomingdales Returns

We happily honor the Bloomingdales return policy. We accept online return requests only and HATCH physical stores are not able to accept returns for purchases made through Bloomingdales.
